Description: Valdo Etichetta Nera Prosecco DOC Extra Dry is an Italian Prosecco DOC made from Glera grapes grown at 80 metres above sea level. The wine is fermented with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature, followed by 3 months of secondary fermentation in a pressurised vat. Light and harmonious, with delicate fruity and floral aromas and a dry, slightly mineral palate. Suitable as an aperitif, with appetisers and first courses, or for Prosecco-based cocktails.
