Description: A Prosecco Treviso DOC Brut from Tenuta La Maredana in the province of Treviso, at 100 metres above sea level. Made from 90% Glera and 10% Pinot Nero. The grapes are softly pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature of 18°C. The wine undergoes 4 months of secondary fermentation in a pressurised vat, followed by bottle maturation. The microclimate influenced by the nearby Livenza River and the lower yield of Pinot Nero contribute to its fruity and floral character.
