Description: Cuvée del Fondatore 75C Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut is a single-vintage Prosecco made from grapes grown at 250 metres in Valdobbiadene: 90% Glera and 10% Chardonnay. The grapes are softly pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature. The Chardonnay component is aged in barrels before further bottle maturation. A sparkling-wine production process lasting at least 9 months results in very fine, creamy bubbles. Full-bodied and velvety, with aromas of ripe fruit, banana, hazelnut, vanilla and honey, complemented by spicy barrique nuances. Suitable as an aperitif, throughout a meal, and particularly well paired with fish and white meats.

Color: Straw-coloured with golden tinges, with abundant, fine bubbles.
