Description: An Extra Dry sparkling wine from Veneto, made from selected white grapes. The grapes are softly pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature. The wine undergoes 3 months of Charmat-method ageing, followed by bottle maturation. Fine and fruity on the nose, harmonious and pleasantly sweet on the palate. Suitable as an aperitif and with a wide range of dishes throughout a meal.
