Sparkling wine has a semi-sweet and richly fruity taste, fruitiness and acidity are well integrated. The very aromatic aroma shows tropical fruits, stone fruits, apricot, peach, nectarines and elegant spiciness. The grapes are hand picked (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir).
