Taste: Medium- to full-bodied on the palate with balanced structure. Dark berry and plum notes combine with gentle spice and moderate tannins. The finish is persistent with lingering berry and lightly spicy notes.

Smell: The aroma shows ripe dark berries, plum and blackcurrant, supported by subtle spice and light toasted and herbal notes from oak ageing.

Description: A Bordeaux-variety red blend where Merlot provides ripe fruit while Cabernet grapes and Carménère contribute structure and spice. The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully sorted before fermentation. The wine ferments on the skins for about three weeks and then ages for around 23 months in oak barrels and stainless steel, followed by at least 4 months of bottle ageing.
