Description: Corte del Lupo Bianco is a layered, well‑balanced white wine combining the expressive fruit of Chardonnay with the elegance of Pinot Blanc. The grapes come from 13 vineyards whose orientations, clones and age contribute to the fullness and purity typical of the Ca’ del Bosco style. Hand‑picked bunches undergo the estate’s signature “berry spa” washing process, and only the free‑run juice is used, part of which matures in small oak barrels previously used for Chardonnay. After 8 months on lees, the components are blended and bottled by gravity to avoid oxidation. The result is a fresh, precise and gastronomic wine with clean fruit and a subtle touch of lees complexity.
